This lottery offers even larger prizes for the jackpot winner, with an exciting $1,000,000, per year, for life, up for grabs. If you win either of the top two prizes you have the option between a cash lump sum or to receive the annuity.
To be involved in Millionaire For Life, each cost of play is $5 with nightly draws taking place at 10:15 PM CT. Pick five numbers to play in the draw between 1 and 58, then a bonus ball between 1 and 5, and you’ll have a shot at that life-changing jackpot! Even if you don’t manage to match all five main balls and the bonus ball, there are still plenty of other tiers that you can win with.

How to Claim a Prize
Check with the state lottery where you bought the winning ticket about rules to redeem a prize; most states require you to come forward within 180 or 365 days of the draw date. Generally, prizes of $599 and below can be paid out on the spot by a retailer. For wins of $600 and up, players need to submit their ticket along with a completed claim form and identification, either in person at a lottery office or by mailing in the documents.
