Lotto Plus 2 prizes are fixed, except in exceptional circumstances, meaning you don’t have to share the jackpot if you win it, you receive the full €250,000. The jackpot also does not roll over if there is no winner.
How to Play
When playing Irish Lotto, players simply tick the Plus option and pay €1 per line for entry into Lotto Plus 2 as well as Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus Raffle. You have to play at least two lines, so the minimum cost of Lotto and Lotto Plus is €6. Your initial Irish Lotto selections of six numbers from a choice of 47 are also played in Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2.
Two different sets of numbers are drawn for both Lotto Plus draws, meaning that players have three chances of winning prizes from the same set lines. It is possible to win prizes in all three draws from the same set of Lotto numbers if some of the same balls are drawn.
