About the Health Lottery
Enter The Health Lottery (now known as The Big Win) for a chance to win amazing prizes! This page provides you with all the information you need to know before you purchase your first entry. Draws are held five times a week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings at 7:45 PM local time.
Health Lottery Overview
Launched in 2011, The Health Lottery is owned and operated by the British publishing company Northern & Shell. On 15th August 2023, The Health Lottery main draw was renamed as The Big Win.
In order to enter, participants must choose five numbers between 1 and 50. Then, an additional Bonus Ball is drawn from the remaining 45 numbers. You must match at least one number and the Bonus Ball in order to win a free ticket.
Participants that enter the Wednesday draws are automatically entered in a £100,000 five-number cash draw which takes place after the main game. Players must match all five numbers in order to win the jackpot. There are no other prizes other than the jackpot for this second draw.
Players who enter the Saturday Health Lottery Big Win draw are also entered into the free additional draw which has a prize of £475,000. This was updated on 15th August 2023 when the prize was upgraded from £100,000. In August 2023, the lower prize tiers were also updated.
Once a month there’s a raffle in which all tickets purchased during that month are entered into an additional draw for a chance to win £250,000.
The price of a ticket is £1.00.

Health Lottery Prizes and Odds Table
The Health Lottery jackpot is fixed at £25,000. The top prize does not roll over or roll down in case it’s not won. In case more than one player wins the jackpot, the prize will be split between them. For example, if two players match all the numbers and win the jackpot, each of them would go home with £12,500.
