Monday Lotto Overview
Launched in 1979, Monday Lotto started as a New South Wales specific lottery. In May 2006, the lottery expanded to South Australia and Western Australia, while in October 2008, Tasmania and Victoria also began selling tickets. Finally, in October 2013, Queensland also joined the game.
In August 1990, a second supplementary number was added and an additional ball was added to the main ball pool in April 2004.
In February 2012, the Division 6 prize was also introduced.
In order to enter, participants must choose six numbers between 1 and 45. Two supplementary numbers are also randomly selected and tickets cost $2.50 for four games.
In order to win a prize, you must match at least one or two main numbers and both supplementary numbers.

How to Play Monday Lotto
To enter Monday Lotto, you must select six numbers from 1 to 45. Two supplementary numbers are also randomly drawn from the remaining pool of 39 balls. There are several ways in which you can choose to enter Monday Lotto. Explore them below and see which one you’d like to try out:
Marked entry
This is the standard Marked entry. You simply select the six numbers, then decide how many games you want to play. You may enter up to 18 games on a single coupon in-store.
Quick Pick/SlikPik
This type of entry is known as SlikPik in Western Australia and gives you a set of random numbers, ready to use for the next draw. You don’t have to make any decisions besides choosing how many games you want to play.
System entry
Boost your chances of winning with Monday Lotto’s System entry! If you select between seven and 20 numbers, you will then be able to play every valid six-number combination within your chosen set.
Pick entry
Instead of choosing six main numbers to enter in the Monday Lotto draw, you can play with a Pick 4 or Pick 5 entry, meaning you only select four or five numbers. This kind of entry means that you are guaranteed to match one or two numbers as every number you didn’t pick will be entered into the draw alongside the ones you already chose.
